Information maintained in the portal

Depending on an employee's role and enabled modules, the portal may maintain account identifiers and work email, employee number, name, organization, title, department, work location, service date, reporting relationships, assignments, qualifications and training records, required-action status, controlled-publication acknowledgments, permissions, and related internal operational records.

How the information is used

Portal information is used to authenticate authorized users, provide role-appropriate access, support workforce administration, communicate assignments and announcements, administer training and qualifications, document required acknowledgments, operate company resources, and maintain appropriate internal records.

Authentication and service providers

The portal uses Supabase for authentication, database, and protected-file services. The public website and portal are deployed through Blacklight's web-hosting environment. Authorized internal users may also follow links from the portal to separate business systems such as Rentman; those systems maintain their own records and access controls.

Access and security

Portal access is invitation-only. Access is limited through authenticated accounts, application permissions, and database access controls. Employees should protect their credentials, use company-approved access methods, and sign out when using a shared or otherwise untrusted device.

Retention and corrections

Workforce and compliance records are retained according to applicable company policy, operational requirements, and legal obligations. Employees who believe portal information is inaccurate should contact their manager or a portal administrator so the record can be reviewed.
